Pratibha Murder Case: Karnataka High Court Upholds Life Sentence to Cab Driver - 01.06.2016

Karnataka High Court has upheld the trial court’s verdict of imposition of rigorous life imprisonment while rejecting the State’s plea to impose death penalty on cab driver Shiva Kumar, who was convicted on the charge of kidnapping, raping and murdering BPO employee Pratibha Srikantamurthy.
