Principles to be Followed by Appellate Court While Reversing Acquittal, Restated by Supreme Court - 22.04.2024

SC has restated the principles to be followed by appellate court while reversing acquittal which include judgement suffering from patent perversity, judgement is based on an omission to consider material evidence on record and the guilt of the accused is only view possible from available evidence.
