SC: Investigating Officer Must Narrate Statement of Accused to Prove Disclosure Statement - 22.04.2024

SC has held that for proving disclosure statement the Investigating Officer would be required to narrate what accused stated to him. He essentially testifies about the conversation held between him and accused which has been taken down into writing leading to the discovery of incriminating facts.
