Mad. HC: Basic Structure of Consti. & Democracy Demolishes When Electors Gratified During Election - 18.04.2024

Mad. HC has observed that gratifications made to electors in various forms demolish basic structure of constitution and democracy but since legislature has not treated this offence proportionate to its gravity, resultantly the practice has not decreased and cases reported increase in every election.
