Gujarat High Court Issues Notice To State Government On 10 Per Cent Reservation Ordinance - 01.06.2016

Gujarat High Court has issued notice to the State Government over a petition challenging an ordinance providing 10 per cent reservation in Government jobs and educational institutions to members of Economically Weaker Section as being "contrary to fundamental rights".
