All. HC: Medical Report Determining Age of Victim in POCSO Cases to be Submitted to Court Promptly - 17.04.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that in cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, it should be ensured by police authorities/investigating officers that a medical report determining the age of the victim is submitted to the Court without any delay.
