Delhi High Court: Compensation Can be Awarded on Guesswork When it is Difficult to Prove Loss - 15.04.2024

Delhi High Court has held that authority has been bestowed upon the arbitrator to award compensation on the basis of guesswork or rough and ready method when the loss suffered by the aggrieved party is difficult to prove.
