NGT Denies Art of Living’s Bank Guarantee Request on Compensation - 31.05.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rejected Art of Living’s request to pay Rs.4.75 crore through a bank guarantee as environment compensation for a three-day cultural event it held on the Yamuna floodplains in March.
