All. HC: Arbitrator to Decide Whether Claims Prior to Work Order are Covered by Arb. Clause or Not - 15.04.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that it is upon the arbitrator to decide whether claims between the parties prior to the work order in question can be covered by arbitration clause or not and it is not upon the Court to decide the same under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
