Delhi High Court Directs Delhi Govt. to Pay Rs. 738 Cr to MCD for Payment of Outstanding Dues - 12.04.2024

Delhi High Court has directed Government of Delhi to release basic tax assignment installment of Rs. 738 crores to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) in order to allow the civic body to pay dues to its former and serving employees.
