Supreme Court: Every Defect in Nomination Will Not Make Nomination Defective - 11.04.2024

Supreme Court has held that every defect in the nomination cannot straightaway be termed to be of such character as to render its acceptance improper unless the defect is of such substantial nature as will render the nomination invalid.
