Delhi High Court: Political Parties Can be Covered Under the Ambit of PMLA - 10.04.2024

Delhi High Court after analyzing Section 70 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002(PMLA) and Section 2(f) and 29A of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951, has observed that a political party can be covered under the ambit of Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
