SC Clarifies That Judgement Stating B.Ed Graduates Can't Be Primary School Teachers Operates Prospe. - 09.04.2024

Supreme Court has clarified that the judgment delivered by the Court that Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree holders cannot be primary school teachers shall have prospective application and the candidates who were appointed without any disqualification imposed by Court shall not be affected.
