Gau. HC: Primary Duty of the State to Disburse Funds Under Victim Compensation Scheme - 09.04.2024

Gauhati High Court while stating that it is the primary duty of the State to provide fund for the disbursement of compensation to the victims under the Assam Victim Compensation Scheme, 2012, has asked the Assam Government to come up with a plan for the release of funds to be given to the victims.
