Ker. HC: Academic Interests of Children Must be Delicately Balanced With Right to Recreation - 09.04.2024

Kerala High Court while allowing CBSE and ICSE Boards to conduct vacation classes, has held that it is to be considered by the State as to how a balance between children's academic pursuits and their right to recreational activities can be made.
