Supreme Court: Stamp Duty Not to be Paid on Every Increase in Share Capital - 09.04.2024

Supreme Court has held that if stamp duty has already been paid on the increase in share capital of the company and the Articles of Association remains the same then no further share capital shall have to be paid for every subsequent individual increase in the share capital of the company.
