Kerala HC: Child Can’t be Forced to Live With a Parent Totally Unacceptable to Him/Her - 08.04.2024

Kerala High Court while permitting a child to live with his deceased father’s relatives in a habeas corpus petition filed by the mother, has observed that the Court cannot pass an order compelling the child to live with such parent who is totally unacceptable to him.
