SC Put Stay on AFT Order Demoting Mehta from Lt General to Brigadier Rank - 31.05.2016

SC has stayed an Armed Force Tribunal (AFT) order demoting an officer of the rank of Lt General to Brigadier for allegedly misrepresenting facts and imposing a cost of Rs 50 lakh on the Defence Ministry and the Army.
