Kar HC: Before Passing Extern. Order It is Mandatory to Provide Hearing, Material Relied on to Acc. - 08.04.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that before passing an externment order against the accused, it is mandatory to grant reasonable opportunity and also to provide necessary material relied on by the authority to him.
