Police Not Allowed to Tutor Witnesses, Supreme Court Directs Action Against Police Officers - 08.04.2024

Supreme Court while admonishing Tamil Nadu Police for tutoring witnesses, has directed the Tamil Nadu's Director General of Police to initiate an enquiry into the conduct of police officers at concerned police station and to take appropriate action against the police officers, according to law.
