SC: Candidate’s MBBS Admission Cancellation Over Social and Economically Backward Certificate Stayed - 08.04.2024

SC while issuing notice, has stayed 'Teli' caste student's cancellation of MBBS admission in Government Medical College, Vadodara which was done as a consequence of refusing to recognize the applicability of his Social and Economically Backward Certificate in the State of Gujarat.
