SC has observed that findings in Gurwinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Ors (MANU/SC/0088/2024
)with regard to granting of bail for accused under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 will not have any effect on the ratio arrived in the case of Union of India vs. K.A. Najeeb (MANU/SC/0046/2021
).
