Cannot Disclose Identity of POCSO Victim, Supreme Court Calls for Sensitization - 08.04.2024

SC has observed that exercise of sensitization of judicial officers and police officers is required to be done in the State of West Bengal to ensure compliance of the mandatory requirement that identity of victims under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012(POCSO) is not disclosed.
