Mad. HC: Providing Police Protection to Person With Criminal Background Would Send Wrong Signals - 03.04.2024

Mad. HC has held that if the Court directs to give police protection to persons with criminal background, it will send a wrong signal to society and a citizen should not get such an impression as it will make them lose their faith in the existing system.
