Google's Appeal Against Rejection of Patent, Dismissed by High Court With Cost of Rs. 1 Lakh - 03.04.2024

Delhi High Court while dismissing Google’s appeal against the rejection of the grant of patent on the grounds of lack of novelty and inventive step, has imposed a cost of Rs. 1 Lakh on Google.
