SC: Old Panel of Adv. Must be Kept for At least 6 Weeks After Change in Govt., to Avoid Adjournments - 03.04.2024

SC while expressing dilemma over the change in the panel of advocates after a shift in political power, has observed that it will be appropriate if States/Union Territories while changing the panel continue the old panel for at least 6 weeks so that the Courts are not forced to grant adjournments.
