All HC: Deduction of Payment for Loan, LIC from Salary Can’t be Sought by Husband to Determine Main. - 02.04.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that in order to determine maintenance under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 husband cannot seek a deduction of payment towards loan, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) premiums from salary.
