SC: No Physical Excavation to be Done of Bhojshala Temple cum Kamal Maula Mosque Complex - 02.04.2024

SC has passed an interim order in a plea challenging Madhya Pradesh High Court's order that directed Archaeological Survey of India to conduct a survey at the Bhojshala Temple cum Kamal Maula Mosque complex and has stated that no physical excavation shall be done without the permission of the Court.
