SC Put Stay on Warrant Against CPCB Chief - 31.05.2016

SC has stayed bailable warrant issued against Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) Chairman but directed him to appear before it on June 30 to give an explanation for not complying with the court's order to file a report on the harmful effects of silicosis.
