Mad. HC: Registering Authorities Not Empowered to Cancel Sale Deed Through Summary Proceedings - 29.03.2024

Madras High Court has held that the Registering Authority or the District Registrar are quasi-judicial authorities and they do not have the power to cancel sale deeds by conducting summary proceedings.
