Telangana High Court: Section 18 UAPA is Penal in Nature, Needs to be Proved by Prosecution - 29.03.2024

Telangana High Court while granting bail to members of Popular Front of India, has held that Section 18 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), 1967 is only a penal provision and ultimately it has to be proved by producing evidence.
