Bom. HC: Legal Action to be Taken Against Doctor for Gross Negligence in Conducting Postmortem - 28.03.2024

Bom. HC has directed the Secretary, Health, Government of Maharashtra as well as Commissioner of Police Thane to take cognizance of the postmortem report and order passed by the Court and initiate legal action against the Doctor for gross negligence and illegality in conducting the postmortem.
