Bom. HC: Husband Directed to Pay Wife Compensation of Rs. 3 Crore for DV & Calling Her ‘Second-Hand’ - 28.03.2024

Bombay High Court has while upholding the Trial Court’s Order, has directed a man to pay compensation of Rupees Three Crore to his ex-wife for his acts of domestic violence (DV) which included calling her second-hand.
