Madras High Court: Hostel Services for Girl Students and Working Women Exempted from GST Regime - 27.03.2024

Madras High Court has held that hostel services for girl students and working women shall be exempted from the Goods and Service Tax (GST) regime as they constitute residential dwelling units.
