Del. HC: In Trademark Plea by ‘Fevikwik’, Court Refuses to Cancel Registration of ‘Kwikheal’ - 27.03.2024

Delhi High Court while refusing to cancel registration of ‘Kwikheal’ in a trademark plea by Pidilite Industries Limited, has held that since there is no exclusive right on ‘Kwik’ there cannot be a right of rectification against 'Kwikheal'.
