Ker. HC: Non-Compliance with Vigilance Manual Directions Doesn't Vitiate Probe - 26.03.2024

Kerala High Court while observing that the Vigilance Manual is not a statute and was not enacted by the legislature has held that mere non-compliance with the directions provided therein for investigating officers would not vitiate an investigation.
