Mad. HC: No Appeal Shall Lie Against Interim Maintenance Passed Under Section 24 of HM Act - 22.03.2024

Madras High Court has held that an order of interim maintenance passed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (HM Act) is only an interlocutory order, hence no appeal shall lie against such order and it can only be reviewed.
