Ker. HC: Ordinary Quarrels in Marriage Lacking Instigation Don’t Constitute Abetment to Suicide - 22.03.2024

Kerala High Court has held that quarrels, fights, or disputes in a marital relationship cannot be reckoned as conduct amounting to abetment of suicide unless there is something more in the form of instigation or aiding.
