Ker. HC: Bulk Possession of Counterfeit Currency Notes Would Only Lead to Conclusion of Trafficking - 21.03.2024

Kerala High Court held that possessing counterfeit coins in bulk would only lead to the conclusion that the accused carried and possessed them with the object of transacting the same amounting to the trafficking of counterfeit currency notes, and not merely possession with intent to use.
