Supreme Court Stays Centre’s Notification Setting Up Fact Check Unit - 21.03.2024

Supreme Court has stayed Central Government’s notification setting up Fact Check Unit under the Press Information Bureau till the time the Bombay High Court takes final decision on petitions challenging 2023 amendment of IT Rules.
