Ker HC: If Accused Holds Joint Possession of Property Then No Offence of Criminal Trespass Attracted - 19.03.2024

Kerala High Court has held that in cases where there is a property in question which is held by the accused under joint possession then no offence of criminal trespass under Section 449 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 cannot be attracted.
