Kar. HC: Order Passed by Appellate Authority Under Section 70 of Chit Funds Act is Final - 19.03.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that an order passed by the Appellate Authority under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 is final and no appeal against such order shall lie before any Court.
