Kar HC: State Can’t Implement Circular Directing Sealing of Shops With Less Than 60% Signage in Kan. - 19.03.2024

Karnataka High Court has given directions to the State Government to not continue with the circular through which premises that fail to have 60 percent of signage in Kannada would be sealed and has found the circular prima facie untenable.
