All. HC: EMI of Personal Loan to be Added in Monthly Income for Determining Maintenance u/s 125 CrPC - 15.03.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that in order to determine the monthly allowance payable to the wife under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the payment of monthly installments towards personal loan has to be added in the husband’s monthly income.
