CESTAT: Service Tax Cannot be Levied on Incentives - 15.03.2024

Delhi Bench of Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) while distinguishing between ‘commission’ and ‘incentive’ has held that service tax cannot be levied on incentives.
