Del. HC: Cannot Quash ED Summons Only Because it Lacks Relevant Documents Required For Investigation - 15.03.2024

Delhi High Court has held that if the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issues summons, they cannot be quashed merely on the ground that relevant documents required for the purpose of investigation or confrontation with the petitioner, have not been specified in the summons.
