Bombay HC: Proceedings Related to SC/ST Act Must be Video Recorded Even if Held in Open Court - 14.03.2024

Bombay High Court has held that it would be necessary to video record any proceeding relating to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act) even though the proceedings are held in open court.
