SC: Court’s Interference in Employee’s Transfer Without Violation of Statutory Provision is Impermiss - 14.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that unless the decision of employee’s transfer is vitiated by mala fides or infraction of any professed norm there are no judicially manageable standards for scrutinising all transfers and courts lack necessary expertise for personnel management of all government departments.
