Supreme Court: Workers Performing Perennial/Permanent Nature of Work Not Contractual Workers - 14.03.2024

Supreme Court while granting regularization to workers, has held that workers involved in performing perennial/permanent nature of work cannot be considered as contract workers under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.
