Supreme Court Collegium: Cannot Consider Political Background Sufficient Reason to Deny Judgeship - 13.03.2024

Supreme Court Collegium while evaluating the suitability of Shri Manoj Pulamby Madhavan as Judge of Kerala High Court, has stated that the mere fact that the candidate has had a political background may not be a sufficient reason in all cases to deny judgeship.
